At CCC Camps, we believe that resilience, teamwork, and leadership are important characteristics to be developed in young minds. Our programs and activities are designed to encourage students to step out of their comfort zones and live the adventures, whilst developing these key qualities which they will carry with them through life.
CANOE ADVENTURE
AGE RANGE: YEAR 7 – 11

Our Canoe program for students in secondary school is all about their canoeing skills and is designed to develop leadership skills and personal development through our other activities.

HIGH ADRENALINE ADVENTURE
AGE RANGE: YEAR 5 – 9
Our Adrenaline Camp program offers the opportunity to participate in a number of activities that will challenge students to push themselves outside of their comfort zone.
BEACH ADVENTURE
AGE RANGE: YEAR 7 – 11
Perfect for PDHPE elective in stage 5. Our Beach Adventure program for students in secondary school is all about outdoor adventure on the coast and is designed to develop leadership skills and personal development through amazing coastal activities.
YOUNG EXPLORERS ADVENTURE
AGE RANGE: YEAR 4 – 6
Early Australia is an important part of our history. The crossing of the Blue Mountains by Blaxland, Wentworth and Lawson is an integral part of our history. Student participating in the Young Explores program learn and experience what it would have been like in early Australia.
GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
AGE RANGE: YEAR 7 – 11
Especially good at the start of the year for those entering into Middle School. This camp is predominantly aimed at building healthy relationships and growing confidence for the years ahead. Being away on camp provides rich opportunities for making connections beyond the normal routines of life, and encourages students to make new friends, build existing relationships and feel empowered to move forward into the challenges of secondary school and life.
CHRISTIAN ADVENTURE
AGE RANGE: YEAR 7 – 11
Especially good at the start of the year for those entering into Middle School. Our Christian Adventure camp is designed to reinforce the Christian values to students in a camping environment. This program can be tailored to focus on either of teamwork, leadership, and resilience from a Biblical perspective.

So he’s never been on a school camp before.

FIRST TIME ADVENTURE
AGE RANGE: YEAR 3 – 4

Camping for the first time, can sometimes be a daunting experience. We understand this and have done our best to shape a camping experience that will help show students what it is to be on school camp for the first time. The program offers early aged primary students the opportunity to come and enjoy a modern camp program for a time frame of two days and one night. This will encourage a new sense of boldness and taking responsibility of oneself at small level.

Young Explorers Adventure

The Blue mountains is the perfect place to experience part of the history of early Australia, explore the natural beauty of the local area and have a hand on experience that cannot be offered while in the classroom or from a computer screen.

Get to Know Each Other

Age Range: Year 7 to 11
Duration: 2 Nights, 3 Days

Our Get to Know Each Other Camp is predominantly aimed at building healthy relationships and growing confidence for the years ahead. Outcomes: Our activities encourage students to work with each other, build memories and friendships. Activities on the program are designed to help foster connections by developing teamwork and build wellbeing by introducing students to new challenges in a supportive environment. Whether it’s working in teams to climb up the crates or paddle a canoe or challenging themselves on the flying fox, students come away from our camps with positive experiences and a greater sense of themselves and consideration of others. Our activities are highly engaging and they naturally encourage students to build resilience through collaborating, negotiating and reflecting on difficult challenges to build courage and strength.

This program can be tailored to focus on either of teamwork, leadership, and resilience from a Biblical perspective.
Outcomes: We have created a program where the activities work in combination with each other to build the teamwork, leadership, and resilience outcome. Our “Living the Adventure” session provides a dedicated small group activity that includes mini group games and a focus on the biblical references relating to everyday life. We provide a journal for students to complete during their time at camp and provide the teachers a workbook with the content of our small group discussion and debrief questions/games.

Outcomes: Staying overnight at our site helps students to develop personal life skills as they learn to manage themselves in a supportive environment beyond their home. As they participate in activities and fun learning sessions students identify how to work together as a team, be encouraging and be respectful of others. Students can come away for a short time, feeling that they have broken new ground as individuals, and also as peers; without the overshadowing experiences like home sickness etc.
