Our Canoe program for students in secondary school is all about their canoeing skills and is designed to develop leadership skills and personal development through our other activities.
Camping for the first time, can sometimes be a daunting experience. We understand this and have done our best to shape a camping experience that will help show students what it is to be on school camp for the first time. The program offers early aged primary students the opportunity to come and enjoy a modern camp program for a time frame of two days and one night. This will encourage a new sense of boldness and taking responsibility of oneself at small level.

Outcomes: Staying overnight at our site helps students to develop personal life skills as they learn to manage themselves in a supportive environment beyond their home. As they participate in activities and fun learning sessions students identify how to work together as a team, be encouraging and be respectful of others. Students can come away for a short time, feeling that they have broken new ground as individuals, and also as peers; without the overshadowing experiences like home sickness etc.
